How do I subscribe?

Due to high demand, all new subscribers are added to our Waitlist. As we grow each month, more subscription spots become available, which we fill from the Waitlist as quickly as we can. Subscribe by email to be alerted of new openings or Pre-Order to secure a spot for the upcoming month.
 

When will I get off the Waitlist?

Due to growing demand, new subscribers are automatically added to our Waitlist. As we grow each month, more subscription spots open up, and we fill them from the Waitlist.

We aim to move you from the Waitlist to an active subscription as quickly as we can, and will notify you by email when your spot opens up.

We also offer the option of completing our Skip the Wait feature, where you can share your love for Lux Lashes on social media. We save a few spots each month for Lash Lovers who share the love with their friends, so if you complete Skip the Wait we can guarantee that you'll receive the following month's bag. *Please follow our Instagram @shopluxlashes for details on skipping the wait- announced monthly*

When will I receive my first Lux Lash Box?

You’ll receive an email when you’re moved from the Waitlist to an active subscription, with details about when your first box will arrive.

Usually, if you’re moved from the Waitlist after the 1st of the month, you’ll get your first box the following month. Sometimes we’re able to offer subscriptions after the 1st of the month for the current month. 

Lashes leave our warehouse mid-month, and usually arrive 7-10 business days after they ship. We ship in batches, and delivery time can vary each month, so your Box could arrive the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month. You’ll always receive a tracking email so you can follow your lashes progress.

How do I cancel my subscription or Waitlist spot?

Your subscription will automatically renew, but you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees.

To cancel your active subscription:

  1. Log into your account and click on your profile picture at the upper right corner.

    2. Go to "Subscription & Purchases" and click "Cancel Subscription." When you click “Cancel Subscription," we will email you a link that you must click to confirm your cancellation.

    3. Make sure you're logged into your account, then click on the link in the email we sent you to finalize your cancellation.

Can I switch my subscription type?

Because annual subscriptions are paid in advance and available at a discounted rate, they can’t be changed to a monthly configuration until the end of the 12 months you originally subscribed for.
